Facemetics adopts TQM (Total Quality Management) to manage the production of the makeup. Each raw material, semi-finished product should be tested by senior inspection engineer through advanced machine and technology. Our quality management department includes Physical and Chemical Laboratory, Microbiological Laboratory, Stability Observation Room, Microbiological Testing Room, Reserved Sample Traceability Management Center, Stability Evaluation Center and so on. The quality of product is effectively ensured by our professional quality detection and strict control.
Filling Packaging External Control Management Center
Facemetics is the first to set up the Automatic Control Display System with the process of ingredients preparation, emulsion, filling and packaging. Every step of the production can be clearly visible in Central Control Room, which makes sure the accuracy of ingredients preparation, emulsion, filling and packaging, and vigorously ensures that the quality of each product must comply with the quality standard.
